Tervetuloa Neljän Tuulen kesätapahtumaan Uusi Tuli 24.-26.7.2021!
Alkuperäinen kesätapahtuma tälle (ja viime) vuodelle oli Tanssii Tuulien kanssa. Valitettavasti isoa leiriä ei tänäkään vuonna järjestetä koronan luoman epävarmuuden takia. Uusi Tuli -tapahtuma on mahdollista toteuttaa pienemmällä määrällä ihmisiä ja valtakunnan uutiset kertovat, että 50 henkilön leiri järjestäjät ja esiintyjät mukaan luettuna on nyt mahdollista järjestää.
Leirin ajankohta on hieman epätavallisesti lauantaista maanantaihin, koska muita vapaita päiviä ei ollut enää tarjolla. Mutta saimme täydenkuun lauantain, joka on upea ajankohta uuden Tiipiin vihkimiseen!
LEIRIPAIKKA on Rausjärven toimintakeskus, Rausjärvenrantatie 362, 03810 Ikkala, Lohja. Lähin bussipysäkki on Karkkilassa ja haemme bussilta leiriläisiä mukaan. Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä voi kertoa kimppakyyti toiveista. Käytössämme on päärakennus, ulkovessat ja upea rantasauna suihkuineen.
OHJELMA alkaa lauantaina klo 12 ja loppuu maanantaina klo 16. Tänäkin vuonna kaikki ohjelmien vetäjät tulevat Suomen rajojen sisäpuolelta ja ovat suurimmaksi osaksi yhdistyksen hallituksen jäseniä. Yksi hallituksen ulkopuolinen varmistunut esiintyjä on Eero Peltonen, joka tulee jakamaan tietoaan ja laulattamaan meitä. Muita esiintyjä vahvistuksia odotellaan.
Ohjelma keskittyy uuden tiipiin ja oman voiman vahvistamisen ympärille. Teemme käsillämme seremonia istuma-alustan ja voimakorun. Teemme luontoyhteys- ja kehollisia harjoitteita, otamme yhteyttä omaan voimaamme. Leirille kohoaa uusi Neljän Tuulen oma tiipii jonka vihimme lauantaina täydenkuun juhlassa.
Lapsille tulee leirille omaa ohjattua ohjelmaa muutamiksi tunneiksi per päivä.
Ohjelma on vielä eläväinen ja muutokset ovat mahdollisia. Tarkat päiväohjelmat julkaistaan kaikkien esiintyjien ja ohjelmien varmistuttua. Viikolla 23 ohjelmasta tulee paljon lisää tietoa!
MAJOITUS: Majoittua voi omassa teltassa. Toimintakeskuksen pihapiirissä ja ympäristössä on teltoille runsaasti tilaa. Majoittuminen omassa asuntoautossa on myös mahdollista, mutta sähköä ei valitettavasti ole käytössä. (Kerro tulostasi asuntoautolla ilmoittautumislomakkeessa
”sana on vapaa” -kohdassa).
Koronarajoitusten vuoksi sisämajoitus omalla patjalla päärakennuksen parvella on rajoitettua ja sitä voi kysyä erikseen terveydellisistä tai muista erityisistä syistä puheenjohtaja Virko Kolulahdelta puh. 045-2724003. Vaikka tulisit sisämajoitukseen (tai asuntoautolla), verkkokaupasta tulee valita tuote Telttapaikka jäsenet tai ei-jäsenet.
RUOKAILUT: Saamme leirille mahtavan kokin! Leirihinta sisältää lauantaina lounaan ja päivällisen, sunnuntaina aamupalan, lounaan ja päivällisen, maanantaina aamupalan, lounaan ja välipalan. Ruoat tulevat olemaan erittäin hyvää kasvisruokaa. Leirille voi ottaa lisäksi omia eväitä, jotka ei vaadi kylmäsäilytystä järjestäjän puolelta, oman kylmälaukun voi ottaa toki mukaan. Leiriläisten käytettävissä on ruokasalin vedenkeitin ja ulkotulipaikka. Mukaan tarvitset omat astiat, tiskauspiste tulee jälleen saunalle. Kun ilmoittaudut, kerro ruokarajoitteesi tarkasti.
PÄIHTEETTÖMYYS: Tapahtuma on täysin päihteetön. Päihteettömyyteen tullaan kiinnittämään erityistä huomiota, koska tälle leirille toivomme paljon lapsia.

Viimeinen ilmoittautumispäivä leirille on sunnuntai 18.7. Tämä koskee siis 3 päivän lippuja ja päivälippuja ruokailun kanssa.
Leirin alkamis viikolla myyntiin tulee 50€ päivälippuja, jotka eivät sisällä ruokailuja, jos tilaa vielä on.

Jäsenhakemuksen tekemisen jälkeen saat jäsenmaksulaskun Membook viestinä sähköpostiisi. Jäsenmaksu vuodelle 2021 on 25€, opiskelijat, työttömät ja eläkeläiset 15€.
MAHDOLLISET PERUUTUKSET: Otathan huomioon kaikkien turvallisuuden ja hyvinvoinnin -jos sinulla on flunssan oireita, jääthän kotiin. Sairastumistapauksessa leiri maksetaan takaisin kokonaisuudessaan lääkärintodistusta vastaan. Muissa peruutuksissa leirihinnasta korvataan puolet jos peruutus tapahtuu viimeistään 1 kk ennen leirin alkua. Myöhemmin tehtyjä peruutuksia ei korvata sairastapauksia lukuun ottamatta.
PERUMINEN JÄRJESTÄJÄN PUOLELTA: Jos kävisi niin, että koronarajoitukset pakottaisivat yhtäkkiä pienentämään leiriä, leiri joko perutaan kokonaan tai leirille otetaan sallittu määrä ihmisiä ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä. Jos leiri tai yksittäisten ihmisten tuleminen joudutaan perumaan järjestäjän puolesta, leirimaksu maksetaan kokonaisuudessaan takaisin.

Welcome to the Four Winds summer event New Fire 24.-26.7.2021!
The original summer event for this (and last) year was Dancing with The Winds. Unfortunately, the big camp will not be held again this year due to the uncertainty created by the coronavirus.
It is possible to carry out the New Fire event with a smaller number of people, and news from the kingdom indicates that it is now possible to organize a camp of 50 people, including organizers and performers.

The camp site is at Rausjärvenrantatie 362, 03810 Ikkala, Lohja. The nearest bus stop is in Karkkila and we pick up campers from the bus. When registering, you can tell about other carpool wishes. We have in our use the main building, outdoor toilets and a wonderful lakeside sauna with showers.

The program starts at noon on Saturday and ends at 4 p.m. on Monday. Again this year, all program leaders come from within Finland’s borders and are, for the most part, members of the association’s Board of Directors. One confirmed performer outside the board is Eero Peltonen, who will share his knowledge with us. Other performer reinforcements are awaited.
The program focuses around Fire, the New Teepee and strengthening your own Power. We will make a ceremonial seating mat and a power necklace. We get acquainted with tea ceremonies and do nature connection and body exercises, we take contact our own strength. The new teepee will rise at the camp, which inauguration will take place on Saturday at the full moon feast.
The children will have their own guided programme for a few hours per day.
The programme is still taking shape and changes are possible. Detailed programmes will be published after all performers and programmes have been confirmed. In week 24, there will be a lot more information about the program!

ACCOMMODATION: You can stay in your own tent. There is plenty of room for tents in the yard and surroundings of the camp site. It is also possible to stay in your own campervan, but unfortunately there is no electricity in use. Tell us about your arrival in the campervan in the registration form under ”word is free”.
Due to the coronavirus restrictions, indoor accommodation with own mattress in the loft of the main building is limited and can be asked separately for health or other special reasons from Chairman Virko Kolulahti tel. 045-2724003. Even if you come to indoor accommodation (or bycampervan), you must choose the product Tent Place members or non-members from the online store.

MEALS: We get a great chef at the camp! The camp price includes lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sunday, breakfast, lunch and snack on Monday. The food is going to be very good vegetarian food.
In addition, you can take your own snacks to the camp, which do not require cold storage on the organizer’s side, of course you can take your own cooler with you. Campers have access to a dining room kettle and an outdoor fire place. You will need your own dishes, the washing point will be at the sauna. When you sign up, please state your food restrictions accurately.

INTOXICATION: The event is completely intoxicated. Special attention will be paid to intoxication, because we wish for many children in this camp.

After you submit the form, you will receive a copy of the form by email. In addition to yourself, you can use one form to notify the camp of other paid campers and children who participate in the camp. Children and
young people must have the adult responsible for them in the camp. It is very important that everyone who enters the camp is notified, as the total number of people in the camp is 50 due to the coronavirus restrictions.
You can also indicate on the form if you can offer carpooling or if you need carpooling. We pass on contact information between the ride providers and the needy and hope that all the necessary rides will be arranged.
Registrations are not valid until camp fees have been paid.

POSSIBLE CANCELLATIONS: Please take into account everyone’s safety and well-being – if you have symptoms of the flu, please stay at home. In case of illness, the camp is repaid in full against a medical certificate. In other cancellations, half of the camp price is reimbursed if the cancellation takes place no later than 1 month before the start of the camp. Cancellations made later will not be compensated except in case of illness.

CANCELLATION FROM THE ORGANIZERS SIDE: If it were the case that coronavirus restrictions would suddenly force a reduction in the camp, the camp would either be cancelled completely or the number of people allowed to be admitted to the camp in order of payment. If the camp or the coming of individual people has to be cancelled on behalf of the organizer, the camp fee will be repaid in full.
